LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA — On Monday, Memorial Day, government offices and services will be closed for business in Laguna Niguel. Memorial Day is a chance to enjoy family time while honoring those whose lives were cut short during military service. While most people won't be at work, many will still have errands to run.
